Prices and discounts

  • Prices shown are for 2 persons per night for minimum 7 night stays.
  • From 01.01.2020 have to pay a tourist tax of Euro 2,10 per person (aged 14 years and over) per night. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay: it is only payable on departure.
  • If, due to a misprint, the prices printed on your reservation confirmation are incorrect, the valid price list will be used to calculate the final bill.
  • Requests for the assignment of specific apartment numbers can not be considered due to organizational reasons.

Discounts for children

  • Children under 3 years: free
  • Cot: 12,00 €

Pets

For your four-legged family members we charge 16,00 € per day (food is not included). Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet. Please note that your pet will not damage anything in the apartment, otherwise the damage costs will be charged!

Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 30% has been paid. We will also apply the below cancellation conditions.
Payment:  Please pay cash on site. The following payment methods are allowed: non-transferable check, bank transfer and EC-Card.

Arrival & Departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 2.00 pm. For arrivals after 6 pm, we look forward to receiving a message from you. Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10:00.

Cancellation

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code): If something unexpected happens and you are unable to spend your vacation as planned, the following cancellation conditions according apply:

  • You may cancel your reservation until 60 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation from 59 to 22 days: Room price for 3 days.
  • Cancellation until 21 days before arrival: 100% of the full price.
  • In case of late arrival or early departure 100% of the total amount will be charged.

You never know…We are looking forward to your visit. However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you close a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation. Here, you may find mandatory information according to the EU-Regulation N. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council.The platform for online dispute resolution for consumer disputes (ODR) to the European Commission is available here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
